Block parties sometimes aren’t the liveliest events. They’re opportunities to get to know your neighbors and this one was no exception to the rule. Saturday the 18th from 12-6pm “The Pearl Capital Hill Block Party” featured several local vendors, Two sets of Dj’s and booths showcasing products. It also featured two beer gardens in support of Three Dollar Bill Cinema.

One cool added element is that a few non profits had come out to seek donations for organizations, and to just be a part of the party. It was a perfect place and opportunity to “meet and greet,” even for being somewhat off the beaten path in terms of its location, away from the main Broadway strip.

Here are a couple of photos from the event.
